To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Knowing that the clearance products are not applicable for exchanging or cancelation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

If you wish to initiate a product return, kindly make the request within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will coordinate the return process accordingly. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed to issue a refund, deducting the applicable return fees.

In case you need to return the product during the shipping process, we will first need to confirm with the courier whether the return is possible. Upon their approval, any operational fees incurred during the shipping and return will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed to you.
